I was not happy with the recipe; some flavors were overpowering and didn't mesh that well.

I must admit, I'm a vegetarian who has been a little afraid of trying Quinoa. After reading all the reviews I decided I would give it a try. I made this last night and it was amazing! It will definitely be one of my go-to recipes! Thanks Ellie!

Simple and tasty! I used the low sodium chicken broth as suggested instead of the water to give the quinoa more flavour. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing with the recipe.

Excellent recipe. This was my first time making quinoa. I used chicken broth and didn't need to add salt. I wouldn't change anything.

Delicious! I didn't have pine nuts so I substituted sliced almonds- I think this is the best quinoa I've ever had. Oh, I added a little butter to the garlic oil concoction. Rave reviews all the way around.

Simple, fast and tasty. The one change I made was I added a can of garbonzo beans which made it a more substantial side dish. This dish will totally be a added into my regular rotation!

I've never tried quinoa but from the reviews I've read online about it, it seems bland and tasteless to me. Having made this recipe, I can now say that my suspicions were correct. However, what makes THIS quinoa delectable is the fact that the raisins and the pine nuts perfectly balance each other out. I also love that the olive oil is infused with the garlic. delish!

I've always like quinoa and this is very tastey. Sometimes I drizzle it with a little olive oil.

I have hated every quinoa dish I've tried. This one was good! I will definitely make it again!!!

I have a wheat/gluten sensitivity, so quinoa is one healthy "grain" I can eat. I have been searching for a fresh, satisfying quinoa recipe for quite some time now. My search is over! This is JUST the recipe I have been wanting. I absolutely love this dish. One thing I changed about it was that I used golden raisins. The combination of sweet and nutty was perfect. I am thrilled!
