    I made this last night. I think it was very good and I am very anti-tofu! First time I have ever bought the stuff. Recipe was easy enough, my filling was on the runny side and there was a lot of it! I did not use it all. I'd make it again for a brunch.

    Love this recipe! So easy and tastes like you slaved in the kitchen for hours. The tofu made the filling extra creamy and had a wonderful taste. I kept the tofu a secret..............even the picky eaters enjoyed this strudel.
