You can create up to five timers

Directions

Bring 2 cups cooked rice, 1 2/3 cups milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until creamy, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in 3/4 cup white chocolate chips and let sit a few minutes. Serve over cherries.

    This is fabulous! However, be sure not to make it ahead of time, I made it 3 hours before I served it and kept it in a warming drawer, covered, and it dried out. But made fresh and served promptly, it is creamy, rich and wonderful. Sweetening the pudding with the white chocolate makes it so much better than your regular rice pudding, I've made it for several parties already, everyone always loves it!

    Really easy to make and always comes out perfect. This is my favorite recipe for Rice Pudding because it isn't too sweet. It's perfect!!
