    I cheated and used store bought pizza dough. The toppings on this pizza are amazing! The use of fresh tomatoes as well as adding the ricotta after cooking the pizza gives a fresh and vibrant flavor. Thanks FN test kitchen!

    Great! But funny thing, I failed to punch down the dough and let sit for another 45 minutes. I went ahead and stretched it out and put it on the barbeque grill for two minutes on each side and it came out great!
