    I will come back to post a final rating. The directions are excellent, but my cheesecake started browning after 1/2 hour. I covered it with foil, and I'm hoping it works out. I'll let you know after Easter dinner!

    This was delicious. Light and airy. I loved the light texture of this cheese cake, it is not heavy at all with a delicate almond and hit or orange note flavors. Excelent if you want a dessert that is not heavy or overpowering but still satisfying.
