I saw this in the latest edition of the magazine and was really excited to make this for my husband. We ate it last night and it was really great. Only a couple of recommended changes. I'm not sure if I didn't slice the asparagus broken off portions thin enough, and while it looked pretty, I don't think they were that easy to chew. My husband and I split this dish amongst the two of us and found that we had more than enough asparagus and extras for the week. Might consider using one bunch if you're making this for two people. All in all, a great dish. Thanks Food Network!
