    One of the best holiday dinners I've ever made. My friends and family still rave about it. Also, it is very easy to prepare!

    I have made this recipe for several big gatherings and it is relatively easy, fool-proof, and is greeted with raves by everyone who has had the pleasure of sinking their teeth into this ultra tender meat, and scrumptious mushroom ragout. The meat is juicy and quick to cook, and the creamy mushrooms are the perfect accompaniment. Just add a crunchy salad and the meal is perfect!

    It is hard to go wrong with Beef Tenderloin and these mushrooms are to die for. I have used all kinds of different mushrooms increase the recipe. The first time I made it, we ran out of the ragout.

    I made this on Easter and it was incredible. Would like to make for an upcoming party. Does anyone have any input on how well the mushrooms and/or beef would hold up if made in advance?

    This is a wonderful recipe. As a full time nurse and a mom I don't often have time to cook my family a gourmet meal. This recipe is easy and for me has turned out perfect every time.
