    The beef tenderloin turned out perfect, but the mushrooms I make all the time.

    They're excellent and go with everything.

    This recipe was so easy to prepare, yet to the naked eye it looked like I spent hours!! I made it for an elegant New Years Eve dinner along with a salad, wine & a quick dessert the evening was a huge success!!!

    "Best I ever had" "This is to die for" were the quotes I received for Christmas and last week.
    Mushroom Raqout superb! will try garlic next time.

    This is an extremely easy and flavoral dish. It was fast to make and the results were follproof. Even the non beef eaters in my family enjoyed this meal.

    The meat was very flavorful for just pepper and salt. The mushroom ragout was so easy to make and great to eat.
