This tenderloin recipe is great and the Mushroom Ragout is OUTSTANDING.
The Midera adds and incredible, Gourmet touch. Family & friends continue to ask for this easy, easy meal.

I have always served turkey or ham for christmas. This year I tried this recipe. It was absolutely wonderful, and so very easy. I didn't spend the entire day in the kitchen. I was able to enjoy the day with my family. This will be what I serve every year!
