Great recipe idea! I substituted fresh mushrooms, pearl onions, red potatoes, and fresh carrots for the veggies, and everything turned out delicious! Like others, my smoke alarm went off (oops, probably because I forgot to turn the oven vent fan on...once I did that and opened the kitchen window everything was good to go. Also, cooked about 30 min longer than recipe said because carrots & potatoes needed longer, so next time I make it I will be sure to put them in with the chicken in the first place. Even with longer cook time, chicken was crispy golden brown and juicy, great flavor to everything! Would definately make it again, with a few minor changes. :D

Very good recipe. I had to leave the lemon off because the family doesn't like the flavor. I was surprised that the radishes were sweet instead of bitter. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I'm going to experiment with some added flavors such as garlic.

    Great recipe to start with!

The picture does not do this recipe justice! It was so beautiful, the colors were wonderful! (I even added baby squash. Chicken was crisp, radishes and dill tasted great, I was suprised, I don't normally like either. I have to say that the cooking at such a high temp set off our smoke alarm. We have a crappy apartment stove so I'm sure that a real stove would to great. I can't wait to make this again!

I made this dish last night and I couldn't stop raving about it! The chicken had a wonderful little crisp to it and with the lemon and dill, it was very tasty. I've never had cooked radishes before and was pleasantly surprised. The presentation was also quite nice - the red radishes and the lively green color of the dill made a lovely dish. Wonderful!
