After the initial chopping and searing, there is very little you have to do with this recipe. I was skeptical about the sauce because I don't like mustard, but it was surprisingly sweet and flavorful.

I had a little trouble with this recipe(searing the meat, I think the heat on my pan was too high, but I was able to fix it. The pork was very tender and juicy. The sauce was a little sweet for my taste. I think next time I'll add a little more vinegar and a little less cider.

We thought this was delicious and looked great, too! Cooking time was longer than suggested. Definitely would make this again.

The pork was great but the veggies turned in something terrible. They were way over done and mushy. It might be I am just a 'newbie' Any idea's would be great. Is it possible that the pan was not big enough!!

I made this and shared some of the pork and apples with a co-worker, she in turn shared it with 3 others. By the end of the day all four wanted the recipe. This is a keeper!!!! : : :

This was so easy to make and my children who hate pork couldn't get enough!!! The pork was tender and very juicy....Next time I will doubled the vegies and apples since they were such a wonderful side. I passed this one along to all my cooking friends!!!

This recipe was delicious, the sause really makes the dish!! However, it took longer in the oven than the specified time. (I used a roast that was the size requiredIt took about 15 min. longer to come to the lowest temp. suggested. I will definitly make this again.

Everything about this recipe is wonderful. It doesn't take long to cook and the pork loin with the sauce was absolutely delicious. The apples with the other vegetables make it so unique. My family loved it!

This was delicious and so easy to make! I couldn't find apple cider, so we skipped the gravy and just used the drippings from the pan to dribble over the pork after it was sliced. Definitely one of my most successful cooking efforts. The whole family loved it and the other recipe with the brussel sprouts was great too. I also made buttered potatoes to go with it and used the leftover rosemary with them.
