YUMMY!! i didn't ave any celery or thyme, so i added a parsnip, shallot, some rosemary and parsley. I also added some more wine and chix stock to the pan half way thru cooking time as the veggies were drying up.
will be adding to the regular lineup!

I served this for my husband and he said, "Deeeeelisiou!". That's always his 5 star rating. I served it again at my mom's birthday dinner party and everyone loved it! The pork was tender. The sauce is so good that I felt like drinking it! (I didn't. Important not to overcook the pork. Thanks FN Kithchen!

I purchased a pork loin several days ago and didn't have any idea how I was going to cook it. Yesterday I came across this recipe and thought I'd try it. At dinner, my six year old got out of his chair, to say "Yeah-who!" When we asked him what he was doing, he replied saying that this dinner was just so delicious, it made him feel like saying "Yeah-who!" My picky four year old also was devouring it.
So, I definitely am keeping this recipe and since it was so easy, it will also be used for company. I don't think that it gets any better than this, especially for the time involved. Now I'm the one saying "Yea-who"! Thanks!

I'm remodeling so I don't have an oven. I made this recipe and put it all in the crock pot. I have a probe thermometer and I attached it, turned it on and let it go. Best pork loin I've ever cooked. Very tender and moist.

This recipe is perfect for a family with a busy schedule. The ingredients are standard kitchen items and the time to prepare and cook is under an hour. The taste is excellent. I would start checking the temperature on the meat at 25 minutes. I checked mine at 30 minutes and it was done. Adding the mustard to the sauce is a great way to add a level of flavor. The leftovers, if there are any, are great in a sandwich for lunch.
