This had good flavor, I think next time I make it I'll add some apple juice to the mixture and maybe try it in the crockpot. I didn't make the applesauce because I had some other homemade applesauce. Without the applesauce I think it wouldn't be as good.

I made this recipe for my daughters birthday dinner. The pork was tender and the sauce was wonderful. I will definately make this again.

I'd rate it as easy to medium, but soooo tasty. One of the best pork recipes I've cooked.

This was really very good. I am by no means a very good cook heck I thought the 2.5 lb loin I bought was just that, a single not two seperate pieces. But that worked in my favor because the smaller size made cooking this almost a thirty minute meal. I was most pleased with the sauce the flavor is there but not overwhelming. I didn't make the apple sauce instead I grilled some aspargus with a little olive oil & lemon along with a herb & butter rice side. This was as I said in the title, Yum-O
