    The foil is the trick here. Comes out fantastic every time.

    Make sure to let stand for at least 15 mins before carving.

    this was the first turkey I ever made. I followed the recipe and it turned out fantastic. the turkey was flavorful and moist. I will definitely be reusing this recipe
