I don't like to cook meals that are really involved...this dish (the stuffing anyway, I didn't make the turkey is delicious! It is really easy to make and tastes even better the next day!

I thought this stuffing was fantastic--I did not stuff the turkey with it--just made turkey and stuffing separately. Also I used a wild rice blend as I couldn't find just wild rice. The stuffing was the perfect mix of sweet, savory with just a little crunch and good texture.

I am not a stuffing person myself. But I tried this one and it was great...my family ended up eating the stuffing by itsself after Thanksgiving for lunch.

I actually used this wild rice stuffing with the turkey recipe from Martha, under "Turkey 101". The stuffing was delectable. It was hearty but not as heavy as traditional stuffing, and the combination of wild grain, apple and pecan flavors was more interesting.
