    MY wife has never had Asparagus like this before, She just went nuts over it so did my whole family had to fight for some from my oldest son. I never thought to make it like this will be eating a lot more in the future.

    It is so easy - we no longer boil or steam Asparagus! Do it year round - best what when we had it New Years Eve.

    Grilling the asparagus is even better than roasting in the oven and you can throw it on right before the meat is done...the whole meal on the bbq. Love the sauce over.

    I have tried several ways to cook asparagus, and could never get it to turn out right, usually it was over cooked. This way was perfect! There was good flavor, texture and crisp. I was also impressed with the hollandaise sauce. I didn't think it was going to make enough, but it was more than sufficient. It was a perfect meal, and my family ate it up. There were no vegetables left on plates or in the pan! This is a great, easy recipe. I think it will become a staple in our family.
