I followed the directions and put it in my blender- mistake. Blender spun over unmixed ingredients below. You may want to use a small food processor for this. I added a little more lemon juice, and was prepared to add a little wine in lieu water to de-thicken... didn't have to.
Yummy

I tried roasting asparagus for the first time, I added a little Italian seasoning along with the salt & pepper. Wow! Didn't even need to worry with the sauce, it was a perfect side for grilled balsamic chicken. Thanks for the great idea!

Easy to cook. The asparagus was delicious. I had to bake the asparagus 10 minutes longer than recipe called for-but was worth the wait! Tender and tasty!

The whole family raved about this asparagus. Even a family friend who had NEVER eaten asparagus became an instant convert! Who would have thought making hollandaise would be soooo easy.

This recipe was easy to do and the sauce was great. I boiled the asparagus for 3 minutes instead of grilling and it was just as good. Will make again.

Trying to lose some pounds, so I skipped the hollandaise. It was delicious without it! Very easy to prepare.

If you have never roasted aparagas...what are you waiting for? The taste is unbelievabley delicious.I like to sprinkle the asparasgus with a little garlic salt or finely minced cloves, then roast it to perfection. If you try this method you will never steam asparagas again, oh yes, try this method with brussel sprouts too.

We found this recipe to be wonderful and simple. We did not make the sauce, however, we have made Hollandiaise before in a blender that was great with the Asparagus.
