I usually steam broccoli so I was unsure if my family would like roasted broccoli, but decided to go for it. I followed the recipe except I left out the lemon. It came out great. Everyone enjoyed it. I will certainly make this again.

I had no idea something so simple could be so tasty. I've eaten broccoli all my life, and this recipe makes it seem as if I'd just discovered it. This will be one of my regulars.

The flavor was outstanding. It was very easy to prepare. However, the texture was slightly tough as compared to steamed broccoli. If you could just perfectly steam the broccoli for 3 minutes, and while it was steaming saute the garlic in olive oil, then drizzle over broccoli, it would be extra steps but better flavor, I believe.

This broccoli is easy to prepare and loaded with flavor-the texture of the florettes with the tender stems was very enjoyable!

Although the broccoli is supposed to be crisp, I was sure I'd burnt it when the smoke alarm went off. I went ahead and tried it anyway, and it was so good! I can't wait to try it cooked a little less!

My family loves this recipe -- one of the few vegetable recipes I've been able to force on them. It's so easy and so tasty. It adds alot of color and excellent flavor to a meal.
