I love this dish, I use any nuts, any dried fruit, and add whatever I have... Today I have roasted almonds, a mixture of dried blueberry, cherry, pommegranite, and crasins. Added toasted sunflower for fun, and have never used the walnut oil, just olive oil. It always works out and people always love it.

Excellent veggie dish! I cut back slightly on the lemon juice. Everyone loved these. In fact.. all gone!

Awesome
Didnt have walnut oil so used canola, didnt have walnuts so used crushed almonds.
was a hit, has earned a spot on our reptoire of sides. Will expreriment as we allways do, would like to find a way to intorduce amaretto to this.
