Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Cut the cauliflower through the core into 6 wedges.

Lay cauliflower wedges on a baking sheet. Lightly brush both sides of the wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast until the sides that touch the pan and the edges are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve 3 wedges per person.

    I will have to say I was very skeptical of this recipe as I have always just steamed my cauliflower..however this blew my socks off at how good it was! Thank you food network for a great way to prepare cauliflower!

    What a great way to cook cauliflower! I never like the vegetable steamed but this really stimulated my senses. The only change I would make is to add garlic powder for extra flavor or garlic salt and omit salt all together.
