- 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons roughly chopped fresh thyme leaves
Directions

It is very easy and tasty. Just a little too much salt for my family. Next time I will leave it off.

I love roasted vegetables and really liked the addition of fresh thyme to this one. It seemed too salty to me though, and next time I will just sprinkle on a little, rather than the amount suggested in the recipe.

Absolutely delicious and so easy to make! Made it just as recipe is listed; however, I did grind the fresh thyme. Will be serving this often.
