I love roasted vegetables and really liked the addition of fresh thyme to this one. It seemed too salty to me though, and next time I will just sprinkle on a little, rather than the amount suggested in the recipe.

Absolutely delicious and so easy to make! Made it just as recipe is listed; however, I did grind the fresh thyme. Will be serving this often.

Even the kids love this recipe! I have never used fresh thyme yet so I use one tsp dried leaves.

This was my first time making cauliflower and it was amazing. I didn't have thyme but I don't think it was missed. I also roasted for a lot longer than 20 minutes.

Excellent, easy, flavorful. Well worth the 5 minutes of prep and 20 minutes to cook. I will do this frequently.

Great flavour and texture. I chopped my garlic quite small, but I didn't have any problems with it being black. I would try this recipe again on other vegetable - very easy!

This is the only way that I'll be making cauliflower from now on. I chopped the garlic into big chunks to avoid having to pick out small burnt pieces like other reviewers had problems with. I turned out having no burnt garlic pieces...they were well roasted to perfection! I didn't have fresh thyme, but dried worked fine. Also went by other reviews and cut the salt in half. Came out perfect.
