Wonderful recipe and very easy!!! For those of you who had the issue of burning your garlic, I set my oven at 425 and put the pan in the middle of the oven vs. closer to the bottom. I also did cut back on the amount of garlic and salt per the other reviews out there and it was delicious. My sister is not normally a cauliflower eater and she loved it. Try it!

This is an excellent, simple recipe. I had friends over tonight and served it pureed. They'd had roasted cauliflower before, but not with the red pepper flakes. Their extra kick was a fabulous addition to what they were used to.

We also added just a hint of white truffle oil while pureeing it in the food processor.

This dish was a huge hit in the family with everyone from the 13 month old to the 17 year old loving it, including the picky eater. I used dried thyme and it was great. I also roasted about 30 minutes.

Great, easy recipe. The wife was never a big fan of cauliflower, but asked for seconds!

Yum. Terrific roasted flavor. I skipped the thyme altogether and it's divine without it. A really great, easy to prepare side dish!

OMG This dish is incredible! I make cauliflower often either with breadcrumbs or cream sauce. This is an amazing change to the regular side dish. I used dried thyme instead of fresh since I did not have it. Next time I will try the fresh thyme. Awesome! Definitely a keeper!

Really delicious way to make cauliflower! I really don't make cauliflower that often, because when I do I want to pour cheese sauce all over it. This was a healthier and equally tasty way to have it.

I made it without the red pepper and with dry thyme leaves since I had no fresh thyme... it came out so good! great as a side dish for chicken!
