This is the best cauliflower ever. I made it without the red pepper and it was still awesome! I did sprinkle parm cheese as another reveiw suggested the last 2 minutes. Next time the only thing I will change is use one and half teaspoons of kosher salt instead of 2. Can't wait to try it on company! Will harvest time around the corner I am sure I will be making this allot.

I followed the recipe as stated. Although i like cauliflower, I don't think I ever enjoyed it more than when i prepared it using this recipe. All of the ingredients contributed to the dish in a very satisfying way. For me, it was better warm, right out of the oven, then cool.

Very flavorful, wonderful veggie side-dish that even the pickiest eaters will love. My only complaint was that it was a bit too salty... Next time I'll use 1 teaspoon instead of two.

I made this tonight and it came out great. I only had 2 cloves of garlic and used ? tsp dried thyme as I didn't have fresh. It tastes sweet because of the caramelization - even the little "burnt" pieces of garlic are tasty too. Unfortunately I ate the whole thing myself throughout the day and couldn't share. Maybe next time! :

Served this at a dinner party. Crazy good cauliflower. Everyone around the table vowed to never eat cauliflower any other way. What a great way to pump up the volume on a vegetable side dish. I made it the day ahead and just reheated in the microwave. Easy, fast, full of flavor.

If you don't go crazy with the olive oil all that happens is the garlic burns in your oven! So don't think you can go light on the olive oil to make this receipe a little healthier. You will just end up ruining a head of cauliflower!!!

It was a huge hit! I used less garlic - 5 cloves seemed like too much, so I used 3. I have made it several times and each time it was a success. Yum!
