What a great way to serve cauliflower. I made this for my husband who generally won't eat cauliflower and he loved it. Do keep an eye on the salt...it can be salty if you aren't a regular salt user. I will make this recipe again and again.

Oh my...such flavor! My son-in-law just flipped for this cauliflower. It's the only way I will ever fix it again.

The cauliflower holds its shape, the garlic gives it zip. Wonderful, and it does not smell up the house and tell everyone you are cooking cauliflower!!

Even if you hate cauliflower, you'll love this recipe. It brought out the wonderful flavors of everything incorporated into this recipe. With each bite you not only tasted the freshness of the cauliflower, but you received the burst of olive oil, red pepper, garlic, thyme, and salt. Boy oh boy, talk about having it all. I haven't had cauliflower in over a year, but I guarantee I'll have it more, especially with this wonderful and easy recipe. Thank you Tyler and Jack. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good! Jim and Lauren.
