Made this just like recipe said. Broccoli was too wilted from roasting, taste was very good though. Loved the crunch of crumbs and cheese. I'll make this again but next time I'll steam broccoli till almost done and then finish in oven with crumbs and cheese.

It was fast & easy. Now that I've tasted roasted cheddar broccoli I prefer steamed brocolli with a bit of cheddar sprinkled on top.

All I have to say was this was great and so easy to make. I didn't have sharp cheddar so I used some Havarti and some white cheddar instead and it was delicious. I lined the baking sheet with foil to make clean up easier and got the added bonus of cheese crisps where the cheese had melted onto the foil! Will certainly make this again.
