    fantastic.We paired this meal with a with a nice 2000 Sangiacomo Pinot Noir from Castle Vineyards

    Not usually a fan of ham, I really loved this one. Mostly because it used fresh ham, but also because of the tang of cider and cranberries mixed with the sweetness of brown sugar. Delicious -- and great to serve at a dinner party.
