I have made this meal twice already. The pork is very tender. The applesauce takes great. It is easy to make. Plan to make it again and again.

I found it just OK. The pork while moist had very little flavor as did the potatoes. There was nothing wrong with the dish, it just didn't "wow" me like so many other food network recipes.

This dish was great, what more can I say.Yes,the meat stays very moist. I always get stuck when I'm looking for a new pork recipe but this turned out fantastic.I made steamed fresh green beans and that rounded out this dish well. This dish just screams autumn, thumbs up!

I was flipping through the magazine and this caught my eye as something looking delicious. It was. Easy to make, too. I agree, the meat was very tender. I have leftovers. Something tells me they won't last the night...

Very simple and delicious dinner. The meat was very tender. Used plain yogurt instead of sour cream with the apple sauce. Definitely will make again.
