    While the pork was really good the slaw was AWESOME!!! Best slaw I've had!

    The taste of this pork loin was great. I also enjoyed the flavor of the slaw. My only complaint is that it took much longer to cook that directed. I'm not the best cook so maybe I didn't sear it long enough. I was just a little worried about the pork being undercooked when the recipe and the loin's package instructions had inside temps that were 20 degrees off and the time was about 2 minutes difference. I will adjust the cooking time next time to plan better.

    Very good. The meat was very tender and juicy. The family really enjoyed it. No left overs! Will definatley make again. The Cajun Slaw was also good.
