I love roasting vegetables. I usually add various spices to the salt and pepper depending on what I'm serving with the dish (e.g.: add dill if fish - garlic and/or rosemary if steak but adding a pinch of sugar to the mix was delightful and certainly something I will use again! Thanks for the tip!

SO GOOD! I just ate them as a side and was so suprised how one little red onion could taste SO GOOD when roasted! They got all browned and carmalize and yummy. I bet they would be phenominal on a sandwich or something too!
