This recipe is amazing. I first made it at a Christmas party I had and there was nothing left over. I just made it again for my parents and my sister's family, same result. This will be something I make for a special occasion or when my family and I get together for dinner. It is fantastic, it will stay in my rotation for years to come. Outstanding!!!!

This tasted amazing! I had found this recipe a while back and was just waiting to buy some salmon to try it. The only thing I substituted was the walnuts, I didn't have any so I used macadamia nuts and it was delish! My husband and I ate it up, just added some roasted potatoes and a salad and it was the perfect amount of food.

Excellent dish, easy to make and makes for a great presentation. As with some of the other reviewers, I didn't have walnut oil so I just used olive oil and it was fine. Also because I had chopped walnuts instead of whole, the toasting time was about 3 minutes. The MINUTE you start to smell the roasting nuts you need to take them out of the oven, otherwise they will defintely be burned. I am always looking for a good, different way to cook salmon that is quick & easy -- this recipe certainly fits the bill.

pretty darn good. I dont know how the relish would hold up made a day before as I think the walnuts would get soggy. Maybe Im wrong. The relish was amazing, actually the whole dish was. My whole family loved it and I will be making this again!! I did cook mine longer (around 18 - 20 minutes maybe because I am at a higher altitude since I am in CO?? Easy to make which is a bonus. Beautiful presentation. Thx FN

This was absolutely delicious! Takes boring old salmon and turns it into something wonderful. Only change I made was I used olive oil in place of the walnut oil.

Great recipe! Super flavorful dish. I was pretty proud of myself for making this (internally patting myself on the back at every bite!. I plan on sharing this with my friends and family.

I made this dish with pine nuts, just because I had an abundance of it.

This was super delicious, especially the relish! I know salmon is healthy, but I do not like fish much. I have been experimenting with recipes, and this is by far my favorite. The walnut pepper relish is so fresh. I didn't have walnut oil, so I used grapeseed oil, but I'm sure you could just use all olive oil. I had about a half pound fillet, and I used all the relish, so I suggest making extra. And watch the walnuts in the oven! My first batch burned and I baked them for only 7 minutes, next batch was only 4 minutes and they were perfect.
