I made this for my father and sister and they loved it! I'm not a big fan of tomatoes but they did look really good when they were finished. It's a nice light side dish and extra easy to make.

Quick, easy, healthy and tasty. I cooked the tomatos with broccoli & cauliflower, however, I did improvise on the spices, I used kosher salt, garlic & pepper & a little of no salt seasoning. This is now a staple, I can't wait till summer with fresh tomatos!
