Delicious, juicy and hassle free!! I've been making it for the past 4 Thanksgivings because it is a hit with the family.

Tomorrow will be the third time I follow this recipe and have always had perfect results. The turkey is moist and the flavors absorbed in the meat are just right. The easiest recipe I've had to follow.

This was my first time cooking a turkey for thanksgiving. I was a little nervouse but once everbody started eating it they couldn't stop. I also wouldn't cook it any longer even if the pop thermometer it comes with hasn't popped yet. Have confidence in the recipe. You'll be glad you did.

I brined the turkey first for 24 hours and then followed this recipe. It was delicious! The meat was moist and had the mild taste of the herbs--they infused the meat and I made gravy afterwords, which was delicious--tasted like the herbs as well. I will do this again next year for thanksgiving.

This is the second turkey I have ever made. My first was dry. I was a little leary but OH MY was this the most moist bird I have ever had. I also made the stuffing what a hit. Thanks

I just pulled the Turkey out of the oven- I had to slice a piece off- it is super moist and very tasty- I highly recommend.

I used this recipe for my first turkey ever and it came out so moist and delicious. My husband said that my turkey was better than his moms. And coming from my husband to myself is a major compliment, especially since I never cook. I burn beans if that tells you what a bad cook I am. So if I can cook a turkey with this recipe and have it come out better than my Mother In-Law then you can too.
