It turned out great just i had one problem i had way to much stuffing at the end. It was the first turkey i ever cooked and it was incredible everybody was shocked they couldn't believe i cooked that turkey.

This was my very first time preparing Thanksgiving dinner on my own. Naturally I was nervous about how the turkey (the main feature of the meal would turn out. These directions were easy enough for a novice cook. Even my husband said that he had never before had such a tender, tasty, and perfectly prepared Thanksgiving turkey.

Had family over for Thanksgiving. My mother actually asked me for the recipe.
The turkey is much like a traditional turkey, but with the addition of the herbs to the cavity and under the skin, gives it much better taste to the meat. My mother will be making this next year.

The Turkey was so juicy and flavorful. I put the Turkey in the oven on low heat the night before then turned up to brown the next morning! Fabulous recipe.
