Combine 1 ounce blue curacao and 2 ounces vodka in an ice-filled glass. Fill with seltzer, top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with blueberries.
I'm not the biggest fan of seltzer so I just modified this to be 1 shot blue curacao and 2 shots vodka in an ice-filled glass topped off with lemon-lime soda. Oh and extra extra blueberries!
Not Trekker as some call themselves and as such and a former bartender I had to try this. The recipe is inviting enough on it's own without the Trek tie in.
Great taste but you lost me with the garnish of blueberries. Better to serve them on the side as a companion snack, perhaps even encrusted with sugar. Still an excellent drink recipe anyway.
