Directions

Thread the carrots, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes onto 4 long wooden skewers, alternating the vegetables. Refrigerate; serve with the dressing.

    Actually I have been making this for years but to accomodate this salad, I also make Halibut on a Stick.

    Awesome idea!!!! I love salads and this makes a fun and easy way to serve your guests. I ground up croutons, for those folks that love them, then they can roll their salad in the crouton if they like!!!!

    I did only one layer of each veggie and home made blue cheese dressing. This was easy and a great finger party food. Nice in summer, light and easy to eat!
