I made this with a cup of couscous instead of quinoa and cooked it according to the package, it was delicious. I also used parsley instead of cilantro cause I don't care for cilantro, and only about a 1/4 of the pepper was just enough kick. I just let the oil sit for as long as it took me to do everything else and it was full of flavor! The entire mean was really good, and light, and it was such a easy and quick way to cook salmon and keep it meaty.

I usually only make the quinoa and find it amazing. I have made this as a side dish multipe times and pair it with Elle Kriger's grapefruit salmon recipe. I usually don't add the chili pepper and use parsley instead of cilantro for the qunioa salad. I absolute love this dish!

The quinoa was disappointing. It was a lot of work for "meh". I added a stalk of celery to give it more substance and there was way too much dressing. I used .25 of the whole shebang. will not be making the quinoa again.

This is a great meal. I will be making this all summer long. You can cook the Salmon on a George Foreman Grill if you don't want to fire of the grill outside.

Absolutely delicious! Since it's the middle of January, I just baked my salmon. In the summer I will definitely grill. The quinoa is delicious and has a wonderful texture and the combinations of sweet and spice is great. I will definitely make this again, perhaps for a party :-. The leftovers make a yummy salad for lunch the next day. If you want a healthy, filling, and tasty dinner MAKE THIS!

This is a delicious, light and refreshing salad that I keep coming back to! I haven't grilled the fish, instead I usually saute it. Works great with salmon, halibut, tilapia, or as an accompaniment to just about any type of fish.

I didn't try the salmon but the quinoa was fantastic! Perfect for the summer! It could be paired with a sweet or spicy main or just a cold salad for lunch!

Very good, my 12 year old even liked it. I made the Quinoa with chicken stock instead of water for better flavor. A wonderful summer dish. Will make again.

This was really good. I think it makes a wonderful summer dish. My only suggestion would be to marinate the salmon in maybe a teriyaki sauce for a little extra flavor. Otherwise fantastic!

Made this tonite, and it was very delicious! I agree with other reviews about it being "labor intensive"- but worth it! I found I had enough oil and the ginger and grapefruit infusion was very flavorful. Went perfectly with the pepper, cilantro and onion! I followed the recipe exactly, and found the only problem was with the quinoa, it was too wet and didn't fluff, other than that- YUMMY! Will make again for sure-
