The first time we made this recipe it took a lot of time but we make it frequently and not it goes a lot quicker. Its one of the best salmon recipes I have ever eaten! We put a lot of salt and pepper on the salmon and put it on the grill. It gets a really nice crust to it. I would not change anything about the recipe. It's one of my favorite meals!!

First I was worried too about making the Quinoa, I'd never heard of it and wasn't even sure if I'd find it in the store! WF Market sells it in bulk and I'm planning to make it an alternative to other sides, it's chock full of protein and tasts great with the Salmon! Great Recipe!

Our whole family loved this dinner (4 kids 10-17 included! and they don't like anything! I cooked the salmon on top of the stove with the merinade and it was an amazing compliment to the quinoa! Yum!

I just want to add a comment referring to Asya's suggestion of a different side. Don't be afraid of the quinoa! I know I was scared of the it first time I made it, it has such a foreign name and sounded daunting. My mom insisted I make it and it's delicious! It's as easy as couscous and now I make it weekly. The salad in this recipe is great, but when I'm stuck for a side I'll just cook it in a little chicken broth . It's delicious, so easy (look or the kind that's pre-washed, even easier and SOOOO good for you. This overall recipe is extremely healthy but very delicious and satisfying.

I made this tonight and it was surprisingly good. I didn't do the kebabs; I just pan seared some salmon using my own recipe - but the quinoa and grapefruit salad was really yummy! I definitely would recommend this to others!

The first time I did it, I made it with quinoa salad. Now, for those who are not comfortable with quinoa I would suggest another side alternative like mashed potatoes, or something else. Thank you for the recipe!

This salad is VERY good, I tried it for Valentines and now we make it frequently. Would be perfect for summer since it is a cold and refreshing salad.
