    This is our favorite salmon recipe and it's so easy. We substitute blanched hericot verts green beans for the celery. It's the perfect dish!

    This was divine! I did not change a thing. And, it was a healthy and fast meal to prepare and cook. The glaze for the fish crisped up and it had a fabulous, sweet and slightly spicy flavor. The tomato olive salad was amazing - loved the flavors of the mint with the tomatoes and olives. Definitely a new, healthy, fast, go to meal!!

    I made this last night, it was great! I only made the salmon marinade but used tilapia and it was really good. I will make it again, loved it.

    If I were just reviewing the salmon marinade, I would probably give this a four. The marinade is very nice, and the honey provides a nice bit of sweetness that contrasts the acidity of the vinegar. It came out very nice.

    The extra star comes from the salad- it was fantastic. I was skeptical about a warm salad, but it brought out the flavors very nicely. My boyfriend doesn't generally like celery, but it provided a nice crunch when mixed with the tomatoes and olives. Overall, it was definitely the best part of the meal. I'll be making that salad over and over again, with or without the salmon. Delicious and healthy!

    The marinade for the salmon is divine! I am not a huge tomato fan, so the salad was just so-so.
