Scrumptious. I made the recipe as printed, and it came together beautifully. I have been looking for quick and healthy weeknight recipes, and this one fits the bill. My husband seemed impressed and wanted to know what was in the pesto. This one went right onto a recipe card -- I will make it again and again. For the sausage, my grocery store had Guy Fieri Tequila Lime Chicken Sausage, and it worked with the freshness of the flavors.

Omg so good! I had a guest for dinner who loved it. My 4 year old loved it. Very good, can't wait to make it again.

Delicious! Even my 3 1/2 year old scarfed this up (all but the onions! I used quinoa instead of couscous and also used sweet turkey Italian sausage. We will definitely be making this again later this summer.

I actually made a vegetarian version of this dish using Tofurkey Italian Sausage. It was great. The kids even loved it.

Simple and a crowd pleaser! I used pesto and millet, not a couscous fan. I have made severaltimes!

No chicken garlic sausage so I used hot Italian. And I took advantage of it to use up some regular pesto I wanted to get out the fridge before it went bad. It didn't take long to cook but assembling it was really tedious since the vegetables were slippery and oily. I feel like a fraud rating it at all, but the concept is great and I plan to use it in a less tedious fashion. I am rating it what the current average is - 4 stars.

I was just going to rant and rave about people changing the recipe and then reviewing it, and realized I had used Italian sausage instead of chicken. Nevertheless, I did make the rest of the recipe as directed, and the pesto was delicious. Everyone in the family was totally knocked out by this one! Yum-a-licious!! On a side note, it's always a struggle to get my teenage boys to eat veggies. There wasn't a pepper or onion left on their plates!

Simple and delicious. I only had mozzarella and sun-dried tomato sausages on hand so I should have added garlic and maybe some red pepper flakes to the pesto. The pesto needed a kick and that would have done it.

I thought this meal was very good. My grocery store only sells turkey sausage, and I only had a grill pan, but it still worked out well. I think it would have been better if I could have used an outdoor grill, but this was easy and yummy!
