this was really good, I will definitely be making it again. My sister who doesn't eat spinach, ricotta, or cottage cheese asked for a second helping. I couldn't believe how light it was and lasagna is a really heavy dish. The cheese and spinach mixture was VERY good, I might use it as a dip with chips in the future. I couldn't find italian turkey sausage so I just used italian chicken sausage and it tasted great. Be careful when you leave the lasagna in the oven, mine started to overflow with the foil on top toward the end. Also, make sure you let it rest for the 15 minutes that is indicated otherwise you will have a lot of liquid in your lasagna.

This was supremely good!!! It was my first homemade lasagna and I will definitely make again. I substituted the spinach with fresh kale because it's what I had, it came out great! Definitely not something to make if you're in a rush, but so worth the wait!

I love this lasagna recipe - it's the only one I make. I do use 16 ounces of a Italian chicken sausage that 's very low fat and FAT FREE ricotta and cottage cheeses and plenty of garlic, onion and extra Italian seasoning. LOVE IT

The flavors in this recipe are delicious! I'm glad that I set aside an afternoon to make it, as making each component (sauce, ricotta mixture, and sausage does take some time. But no one task is actually all that complicated. I highly recommend this recipe! Delicious, healthy, and fun to make.

This was a good recipe. The only downfall was the 8 ounces of turkey. I used ground turkey and weighted it out on a scale. It wasn't enough to complete all the layers so I added another 8-10 ounces of turkey. The flavors worked well together. It's a winner in our home ;-

Hands down the best lasagna I have ever had. My boyfriend, who HATES skim ricotta, couldn't even tell the difference because of the cottage cheese. He asked if we could have it for dinner every night. lol I will definitely be making this again. :

This came out excellent! I used spelt noodles which I boiled for 4 minutes. I also used raw spinach instead of frozen--it was a little difficult to manage in the food processor but came out wonderful. I will definitely make this again!

I made this and used whole wheat lasagna noodles as we are on the South Beach diet. I boiled them until they were al dente. I was in a time crunch so I didn't have to bake it as long as the directions indicated(about 40 min. This was so delicious. I wouldn't change a thing. We had it the next day for lunch! Absolutely delicious!!!

Came out great, I used regular lasagna noodles and added a few roasted red peppers to the sauce. Came out a bit watery, but still delicious!
