I read that other thought this was bland, so I added more garlic, onions, red pepper, spices, when called for. My version came out great. I thought there was way too much cheese mixture, but after the pasta cooked and expanded, it was perfect. This was my first time using no-boil lasagna, and I was surprised at how much it expanded. Nice proportions. Nice flavor. This is a keeper.

This was good, light and tasty. I used hot sausage by accident and that kicked it up a bit. I thought it was a little dry and could have used another can or half can of tomatoes. I'll make it again!

This is a healthy version to the traditional lasagna recipe but it is on the bland side. Definitely use more sausage and onion. The texture was great, even though I didn't put in cottage cheese.

Another winner! Even my husband, who loves my traditional lasagna, enjoyed this variation. Glad I gave it a go, and will again! :

I made this recipe pretty much as written. The flavor is pretty bland. I thought it was acceptable for a lower calorie recipe, but the men in the family didn't like it at all. Since the guys don't like it, I won't be making it again.

I was worried that there was not enough sausage (I used chicken instead of turkey or sauce when preparing the lasagna. I did up the sausage to just under 1lb. and would not use less in the future - the amount of sauce called for in the recipe was perfect.
I would use a little less spinach next time and increase the seasoning (onions, salt & pepper and nutmeg to add more of a kick.
All in all it was very good and my husband, who's picky, loved it.

I nixed the spinach (picky family but still managed to hide that there was cottage cheese in the recipe. Overall it was a good recipe, I just wish that I had increased the amount of turkey sausage to compensate for the lack of spinach.

For a healthier version, this recipe has a lot of flavor and awesome texture just like full-fat lasagna. I pretty much followed the recipe and it was fairly easy. I didn't use as much basil as suggested, because my family members are very sensitive to herb flavors. Be sure to cover as recipe directs...I forgot to, and it toasted my top layer of Barilla no-cook lasagna sheets. Overall, I really enjoyed and would try again with other vegetable variations but keep the low fat italian sausage, because that provided great flavor.
