This was a great recipe! I didn't have Vermouth, so I used Marsala cooking wine, which was really good. The sauce was delicious and we ate it over rice, which made it! The only thing I would change, is I would cook the chicken differently. Sauteing it on each side and then putting it in the oven to finish it off, made it very dry. I think I would cook it slowly in the sauce. I will definitely make this again!

Wow. This was so good. My husband said he had to keep swallowing - he was salivating so much :-. I used chardonnay instead of vermouth, but yes, delicious :- Served with a romaine salad and pasta.

I love this recipe. It's quick, easy and filled with flavor. I've made it a few times. Once over some pasta, another over rice, and yet another with just some crusty bread.

Really tasty and easy to prepare! I agree with the others on using 3 breasts instead of 4. The sauce and veggies are too tasty to just have a bit! Served it with brown rice.

absolutely fantastic....easy prep easy clean. quick dinner for the work week. I prepared as recipe called out and it came out great. I like the 3 breast method. leaves more sauce and vegi for the dinner. serve over brown rice! loved it and will do again.
