    I made this for Thanksgiving and it went fast! Very good. If you like mushrooms, you'll like this. The person I made for is vegetarian and said she didn't like mushrooms so I chopped them up really fine and she loved it.

    I made this dish for Thanksgiving this year. It was very nice and complimented the turkey well. I did use an array of wild mushrooms. I also added 1 rib of celery chopped to the dish. My guest all enjoyed this dish very much.

    Delicious dressing! This was a big hit at Thanksgiving. It was easy to make, moist and a perfect compliment to the turkey!

    This is a wonderful recipe -- very moist and flavorful. The only change I made was that I used a little extra garlic. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

    I made a few changes - milk instead of cream, added one more egg and used Maderia wine instead of cognac. It turned out fantastic. Stuffing was very moist with great flavors that all melded into a single taste. Highly recommended. If you try it you won't be dissapointed!
