  • 4 scallions (white and green parts), sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Put the scallions, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes before serving.
