Ingredients
- 4 scallions (white and green parts), sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put the scallions, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes before serving.

I quartered this recipe because I live alone and needed a use for sour cream. I liked this spread on Rye Crisp crackers.....garlic is GOOD for the body!
