This foil pack is riddled with flavor and it's good for you too! So easy to prepare and tastes even better the next day.

I made this after I received teh magazine and they are just as good as they look. I let them stay on the grill just a bit longer to get the grill marks and the onions carmelized

I made this after receiving my food network magazine. Everyone LOVED it and took the recipe home. The recipe calls for crushed garlic - I smashed it and kept the pieces whole. The caramelization on the sweet potatoes, scallions and garlic was divine. I will definitely make it again.
