You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups snow peas, about 6 ounces, strings removed
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Toss the snow peas with soy sauce and sesame oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover tightly. Microwave at full power until crisp-tender, about 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.

    My husband is diabetic and this was a very tasty and interesting side dish.
    A nice change from the limited vegetable entrees he can eat. So Quick
    and Easy....

    I should have used low sodium soy sauce, maybe i'll try it again with that. It was way to salty for me with regular soy sauce.
