    My husband is diabetic and this was a very tasty and interesting side dish.
    A nice change from the limited vegetable entrees he can eat. So Quick
    and Easy....

    I should have used low sodium soy sauce, maybe i'll try it again with that. It was way to salty for me with regular soy sauce.

    This tasted great and was too easy. It goes with many dishes, not just Asian ones. Good with citrus chicken dishes. I had it as a side with teriyaki pork loin.

    these were okay. microwaving the peas made them sort of limp but they still had crunch to them. i needed to add a little more soy for flavor.
