Made this according to the recipe (except subbed some chicken broth for the water and added some crushed red pepper and it was delicious. First time I've cooked with kale, and loved how it added to the dish. Also served with crusty bread for dipping into the broth and topped the bowls with some Parmesan. My boyfriend said we could add it to our "restaurant menu", so that means it's a keeper. :

This was absolutely delicious and easy to prepare. Instead of Kale, I used fresh baby spinach, and added crushed red pepper. I always grade the recipes that I try. This got an "A".

I made this recipe last night and it did get to my table in 40 min. without much prep. I used red chard instead of the kale and put in a bit of sherry at the end of the cooking time. It was absolutely delicious! My husband raved. This recipe will go into my permanent file.
